RERA Haryana has been diluted to help the builders. Town and country Planning has ignored the sentiments of the home buyers and has given OC to DLF with 19 conditions in violation of State Environment Enforcement Athority of Haryana. We have witten to to DG tcp Chandigarh,CM Haryana, Union Urban Dev Minister and PMO office.There has been no reply. Please help the Home Buyers who have spent their life savings and are being taken for a ride in conivence with Govt officials. more

When Central government applied RERA it is good, but can't understand HRERA just to weak it for developers more

I have always said that this RERA is nothing but to hoodwink the consumer. They can maximum pass an order that the builder should refund the money. If the builder doesnt refund money, RERA is Helpless. The only way is to pursue Criminal proceedings. Thats what we have done in many cases and have been very successful in recovering the money with interest. more

This Govt one has realised is all about optics and propoganda. One had hoped major radical changes would be brought about with, " Ease of living", "make in India, RERA for home buyers, 'Sab ka saath sab is vikas"etc etc, but unfortunately it's the same old story- old wine in new bottles. It's all about elections, funds and personal mile stones- the public be damned. You need to wage battles as lone warriors gathering support of people that are affected and create public opinion and awareness . more

Home Buyer dont buy homes in Camellias by DLF .Lets not loose track and play in the hands of punters , raising issues of the non luxury home buyers will be more meaningful . more
