Regarding sleeping routine of babies
Hello Dr Saumya, I do see year lots of post on this circle, I would like to thank you for those.
I do have question with you for my 22 months old son. What should be the meal and sleeping routine for him. Or it is ok if he follow in his own way.I find him happy,active and comfortable when he go with his own routine. His night routine is apx 12 to morning 10 am. During day he sleep 2-3 hr.
If he dont sleep in day timings then he get restless. If he sleep then he sleep late in night and then he wake up late in the morning. Whenever I tried to change it I find him very much restless and crying. more

It may be easier to do so while he is sleeping. Alternatively you can let him play around you in the kitchen, or just outside. Often the kids don't mind playing on their own if they can keep a watch on their mother. So you could try that maybe. Come to think of it my mom must have had similar problems :) more

Thanks Dr. Your guess is definitely right but when I give him the company he enjoy with them till the time I am there. My major difficulty is in preparing fresh food for him only. more

I am happy the problem solved. And am happy to know he is so attached to you. Proves you are doing a great job of being a great mom. I am guessing he is your only child and he has no company of his own age group around him yet. Get him some company. Some company will automatically come when he starts school. Best wishes. We shifted to UK and problem of his sleeping timings is resolved automatically because mid nightof India was night start time of UK.. Thanks to jet leg. The next problem which I am facing since my son started crawling is that he never live without me at all. He dont even play his gavourite games without me. Because of that I feel problem in making fresh food for him. more

Even I agree that natural foods r better. Make the child sit with u and allow him to have it on his own with some amt of even spilling. more
