People still have more faith in Postal deptt deposit schemes which needs to addressed. They have to be brought at par with the present banking scheme. No computerisation of the post office as they are very good link with the rural India. Postman are doing more physical work of distributing the post than any other Govt employee but are poorly paid as compared to their work load. There are the deadlines for the delivery of the goods especially Registered & speed post letters but are hardly followed by the department especially during rush period of Rakhi & diwali/Bhai dhuj. more
