Public awareness regarding spilling garbage is very much essential. Government should collect from all garbage bins periodically, atleast twice a day. First create provisions/facilities/public convenience in all major streets, residential areas. On implementation impose heavy penalty on defaulters. more

In Pune the area where I live the system is working very good.Daily vehicles pick up door to door garbage but still in our area lot of floating population is staying like student, working class who are staying on rent plus locals whose standard of living is below line are to be attended meore and educated more.Again the corporation ststem is like working of watch.If one wheel stops then balance wheels also stop or shows inaccurate time. In our bungalow society the owners are following the system but their tenants are not.They dispose off eatables in any corner during night,local dumps garbage at night,tourist cars cleans their cars in our society area and leave the garbage on road and the problem of stray dogs who picks up such garbage and spreads every where.In short all wings of corporation work at same speed then you get good results othervise not. Seniors from Corporation should look in to this on regular basis to imrpve or to make system more effective.The last thing no action on unauthorized or illegal construction in our area also adds up to this.Corporation doesnot get the property Tax as per the actual construction and since Corporation is not bothered to take any legal action ,such incidents are increasing and we all are suffering. more
