Reading the report below that says the Ratan tata council is clashing with railways ministry and is not doing much.

When 150,000 citizens are connected with railways and giving so many inputs on pretty much every aspect, is Tata's inputs really that valuable, esp since he does not have back ground on Railways business more

Railways need strict action against currupt and loss making officials and employees. Blood relations should not be given jobs in railways unless they deserve for the post.It is seen in indian railways only that this system persists. Railway employees and officers. are paid more that what they deserve in 70-80% cases.
