RAPE, CONSENSUAL SEX & ME TOO OVER THE YEARS & TODAY :

So crux of the issue is clever/intelligent on both sides men or women are successful in cheating others so it is not law but clever move wins then it may be in family, house, job or courts more  

I think IPC 176 is for rape cases and IPC 177 for sexual assault (unnatural sex & sex between two people of the same sex), which has recently been removed by the Supreme Court from the Penal Code making marriage between two adults of the same sex legal. Your statistics regarding conviction of the guilty of rape cases are 7 years old. What is the present position, particularly, after the 'Nirvoya' incident and making the respective laws more stringent with provisions for death penalty? I am of the opinion that comparing with number of incidents country-wise would not show the real state of affairs in the matter. To arrive at the actual position, both, the number of population as also number of incidents should be taken into account. If it was done in the instant cases, which is not made clear, then its ok. Rape cases are now reported daily from different corners of the country, as if there has been sudden spurt in such incidents though the fact is not such. In fact, even a decade ago the rape victims were rarely reporting their sufferings to police for justice and/or to the society mainly for two reasons: (1) the victims (women) were unable to stand before the defence lawyers, who were being permitted by the courts to go to any extent to humiliate the victims, defame them and tarnish their reputation in the name of finding out the truth. With the result, the victims used to completely give up allowing the defence counsel to derive benefit of doubt for the accused. (2) Even though the victims were not on fault or guilty for the incidents in any way, they were being abused by the societies and even by their parents in many cases making their lives hell for ever. Getting them married was quite difficult due to lack of broad minded grooms in our country. The situation is now just reverse encouraging people (women) to fearlessly come out with the incidents of sexual harassment meted out to them, which caused sudden artificial spurt in such incidents. The antecedent episodes of so called sexual harassment now reported after decades have lost their importance by themselves raising the question as to what compelled the so called victims to keep quite for such a long time. Were they fearing conflict of their own interests or were in the wait for more and more achievements and disappointments in their goals had encouraged them to come out now with their stories of sufferings? Before we reach to any conclusion in these cases, we must think on these points. more  

All of us are of the opinion that so called sexual harassment is actually No harassment, but begin with the consent only. I am not talking about the Hard core criminal or minor assaults, but the so called working women are not so innocent that a sexual harassment may be there. In want of any priority they may initiate pushing the sentiments towards the sexual invitation and that depends on the result whether it will be end in criminal or consensual act. If the man starts this she can complaint at very early stage. But there is both sweet and money at the moment hence it will not be provoked if she found it in disfavored will be called molestation. No body in Indian society appreciating the MEE TOO, we are of the opinion that the faces, who have enjoyed the opportunities and fake socialist are making hue and cry. The ideal politicians are also getting time pass jobs. more  

Law purposed both sex to wait and suppress for 5 to 7 years, the natural demand of hormones ; while curbed the law of licencing prostitution.Both are against to the prevalence of safe society. Widow marriages were promoted with social reform which had drastically reduced unlawful/ illegal Sex issues/Rapes. Even if Sex is allowed under Consent and Connivance, it definitely increase the issues of Sex harassment, Molestation and even Rapes. The safe system is to leave of the issue of marriage to the age that naturally tenders on account of energized hormones AND, allowing licensed Prostitution . more  

Mr Daniel, what kind of accuracy does the statistics of this kind and discipline had? Won't it be right to look for the statistics of Ministry of Home that is consolidated for the country with States wise breakup as the data of each State will vary very widely or at least that of the Women and Child Welfare ministry? more
