Dustbins and trucks for solid waste collection and transport must be designed to keep wet, dry and dirty waste separate. Municipalities are still purchasing expensive equipment such as underground bins and vehicles to transport them that can only serve to dump and not to recycle waste. more  
1. Avoid wastage in what ever possible way 2. Use/Ramp up the cold storage 3. India has got huge talent and lot of workable work force. Train them and use them effectively 4. India has huge number of wealthy people. Encourage them to set up the industries (with all the necessary government help/support, reduce the harassment) 5. Pull out all the black money within and outside the country and use it to build technology and infrastructure 6. Enhance the education system to produce more financial and medical professionals. I suppose we already have good number of Engineers more

As Long As , WATER IS VERY CRITICAL SITUATIONS, MAKEOVER LONG-TERM PLANNING GARLANDS SCHEME COULD BE WORKOUT.OFCOURSE IT SHOUld HAVEBEEN DECIDED BY ALL STATE WHICH IS BJP AND N.D.A. SPORTED IN POWER.SO IT COULD'VE IMPACTS IN NEXT L.S. ELECTION 2019.AND SIDE BY SIDE " SWACH BHARAT " UNAMINOUSLY AND MORALLY SUPORTED BY EVERY CITIZENS OF INDIAA.
