Railway Subsidy for every person to nil
I would like to say that the government employees who are on the railway should be retire after a further limit so that the new generation gets a chance. And the railway tickets that are being imposed today in a random fare should be implemented with some rules. The most important thing is that the subsidy, quota and many types of rebates that the leaders get in the railways, should be eliminated. When the general public can travel by giving their money, then the leader who earns more money by scam more than the common public, then why would he take free service in the railway. more

Why there is Subsidy? You have Pay Packet. To give additional benefits in cash or kind or in subsidy form. Many are not included in your Income tax Calculations. Specially when you go higher the ladder your pay does not increases in that proportion, but you are given incentives like Patrol allowance, Magazine allowance , Club Membership etc. Similarly Railways gives free passes. Leave travel concessions, medical facilities etc. more

ALL TYPE OF SUBSID MEALIES SHOULD BE STOPPED. IT IS WASTAGE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY. OUR PRESIDENT IS GETTING SUBSIDY AND POOR BEGGER IS GETTING FREE OR SUBSIDISED MEAL. AS ALSO OUR PRIME MINISTER IS GETTING SUBSIDIESED MEAL. IT IS NOT FARE more

Persons elected by people should not be treated differently and given various perks as free/subsidized travel (Bus, Railways, air etc.), free telephones, entry into any office on priority, authority to allot (certain number) telephone, gas connections etc., subsidized /free accommodation and food during assembly session etc. In fact their salaries and allowances should be fixed by people directly during election rather than allowing themselves to fix their remuneration and allowances. This is the only situation in our system where a group of people decide their own remuneration and allowances. This is unreasonable to say the least and gives servant more power than the Owner himself. This MUST change. And it has to be changed by Owner himself i.e. PEOPLE OF INDIA. SALARIES AND PERKS must BE REFERRED to Voters and MUST get 51% of eligible votes. Politics should not be a profession or livelihood but stem from a desire to serve the country and its people. Removal of rebates or subsidies is a good idea. The subsidy, quota and rebates that is provided to elected representatives in the railways, should be eliminated. more

IRCTC RESERVATIONS ARE NOT IMPARTIAL, & IT IS NOTICED THEY ARE NOT MAKING GENUINE REFUNDS. FOR EXAMPLE IN MY CASE I GOT RESERVATION FROM KORBA TO DURG , BUT DUE TO SOME PROBLEM RAKE DID NOT CAME KORBA & SENT BACK FROM BILASPUR. INFORMATION IS NOT GIVEN TO PASSANGERS , IN ADDITION REFUND IS NOT GIVEN ON THE GROUND THAT TDR IS NOT FILED TIMELY. WHEN TRAIN NOT STARTED WHY TDR IS REQURED? more
