Rail Ideas Shivir
I read in papers that railways is having a vikas shivir for its employees and they have generated 100000 ideas.
It would have been much more relevant if at some point citizen ideas (I am sure this circle alone has generated 2 million of them) are integrated with internal ideas.
What is the value of internal ideas generation and not having voice of rail travelers there.

I think Railways have contacted employees to get suggestion regarding operations and other technical aspects where travelers perhaps have little to contribute. In other areas travelers have been contacted on many occasions. I have given suggestions many times. more

IR now needs more focus on core areas of infrastructure--rolling stock and lines- and punctuality. more
