RAC needs to be 50% charge

Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?
Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.
Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge.
If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.

Everyone understands that only half charges are to be paid for RAC but nobody in govt bothers why all govt servants minister MLA Mp never travel by RAC tickets hence keep silent on this public outcry. These fukat class people will never bother for public pain. more

YES. YOU ARE RIGHT. RAILWAY SHOULD REFUND 50% AND WL SHOULD NOT BE ISSUED MORE THAN RAC LIMIT more

I agree that RAC passenger 50 % or equivalent to Sitting class Ac or non Ac, should be charges and balance should be refunded by the TTE on the end of journey more

Though one has option to cancel the RAC before travel, it should be without any cancellation charges. But once accepted the travel at the mercy of Railways allowing to share one seat with unknown passenger, the fare should be half only. Why full fare/---- more
