Ultimately it bils down to being ethical and maintaining integrity while conducting business. You can have a plethora of laws, but administration and following laws starts with us first and not the law enforcement agencies. Reputation must not be sacrificed for undue short-term profits. Brand owners must be hauled up for each such offence. more
Focus on self, not on what regulators can do. What they do or don't is upto them. What we can do, as individuals, is not order from such. Our parents survived without quick commerce, didn't they? Quick commerce is based on the psychology of max output, minimum input. The problem is, that minimum input is also lack of physical exercise, like going to a brick and mortar outlet for purchasing the needed item, which is contributing to the degradation of general physical health. more
Law is not enforced and punishment is not severe.,Total disregard for law., more
The concerned food regulator/health deptt officials be dismissed from service. No suspension or enquiry required. If these officials manage to buy stay orders, the judicial officers should also be dismissed to stem the rot from all wings of administration. more
The storage and other licenses issued to them should be revokd. more
