Provident Fund Scheme should compulsary for all employee

Provident Fund Scheme should compulsory for all employee those who are working in shop, factory construction co & private company with the 2 person or more than 2 person , because this employee are working more than 12 hours. more

It is good thought but there are various practical difficulties. Look at the unclaimed amounts at PF. A very large amount of the contract labourers are part of the unclaimed ones, and these are the group highly needed it but not received any benefit. A practical social security system is needed instead of making PF compulsory for all. more
If rules are in existence for more than 2 persons working in shop, factory, construction company & private company, a survey is required from PF Commissioner's officials to all registered firms ruining in their areas and pass instruction to run PF account for their employees within 1 month time. Failure may be warned with ceasing of licenses. more
PROVIDENT FUND SHALL BE ONLY FOR A PERMANENT NATURED EMPLOYMENT AS OTHER-WISE, THERE WILL BE UN-CLAIMED OR UN-PAID FUND CONCENTRATION IN THE SCHEME. GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND THAT IS EXISTING IS TO BE OPTED FOR COVERAGE AT EVERY INSTITUTION , ASSOCIATION , CONSTRUCTION FIRM , MARKETS , SHOP ETC., THAT WILL BE LINKED WITH POST OFFICES WHICH WILL BE IN EASY AXIS AND ACCESSABLE TO EVERY PERSON OF WORK . THE STATE GOVERNMENTS SHALL THINK OF INTRODUCING AND APPLYING IN ALL WORK-FIELDS. more
