Provide secure “nature of job” to gov employees??

In many of the government sectors, people are facing pressure, especially the seats where they need to handle the customers.

1. In Tashildar office, at the time of issuing the SC/ST, OBC certificates, when they fail to check the caste names properly then they unknowingly give wrong certificates. So as to avoid this, the certificates should be system generated so as to avoid this problem. Not only the employees but the people who are not aware of this are getting the certificates and face lots of problem during certificate verification which is being done as one of the procedure of job selection.
2. Any of the offices like Post office, where the works are computerized, I request government to first make the changes or provide options in their software before announcing any new schemes. Once the schemes are being announced in TV and newspapers people are walking to the post office where employees are not able to answer the customers. more

Your Issues are only those of vital public interest and are the requisites of the present status of citizen and the governments while the both are bypassed by the knowledge d Businessmen .. more
you are giving lot of things, by law and your own suggestion, if the law is wrong why it is not being changed by the government. If it is a suggestion why any of the parties who sit as a government are not implementing it??? Sir In my family people are not aware of this and just to know what is he situation of the India I am raising all this questions. more
Frequency also not safe in such issues . Concerned G.Os should be held by the seat / designatory concerned to promptly certify / verify . Days are such that verification of Certificates became a must to address many . Net working System is the easiest and safe . Still , your mentioning the requirement of schemes to be announced in TV and news papers shall be in addition to Radio announcements which really reach the poor being the Rural and maximum population . Many do not know the real names and volume of government benefits , subsidies etc., in fact . more
