Property Tax
It is understood that many sectors like 43, 45 etc (alongwith DLF area) have not been handed over to MCG by HUDA than how can the MCG ask for property tax from the residents of societies located in such sectors ?

Most of sectors are not handed over, ironically urban people are paying tax, and money is being spent in villages who I dont think pay tax, but all councillors are from villages so till we elect our own represntative, not much can be expected. more

yes how MCG can collect property tax. we will pay property tax once our sector 54 taken over by MCG. Golf course road and connecting roads in very bad shape. whom to contact. we are paying I.Tax but same being taken away by these politicians who want to travel elite class in air lines and fee super human being. they will also die one day as common man is reality. more

It is not only sectors, even the condominiums have been asked to pay property tax and as a good citizen, we, residing in Essel tower , have also paid property tax. more

SC has asked Pvt Developers to hand over the colonies to MCG vch can collect Property Tax only after that. more
