Private School Fee Regulator

Govt / Supreme court shall Prepare a set of rules and regulations for fees to be charged by schools BUT FINALLY, THE MOST REQUIRED ACTION IS TO REMOVE CORRUPTION, AUDIT THE ACCOUNTS AS COMMERCIAL ORGANISATION Rather than as NGO / Trust and levy all type of taxes. Schools charging very high fees and recruiting low profile of teaching & office staff is to be identified by qualified auditors.

THE BEST WAY to solve the problem is to accept the responsibility, Govt shall open many-many schools with huge capacity. What is wrong if Govt charge 50% fees as compare to pvt school with same level / facility?

We shall look for situation where inefficient pvt schools (High Fee, Big Name, High profit, low profile staff) are closed and parents admitt them in govt / semi-govt schools.

To be Honest according to me, Education is responsibility of Govt, Since Indian system failed Govt handed over this responsibility to private sector, The Govt does not take responsibility to provide education for increasing population and when Pvt sector has invested billions of INR, we are expecting Govt to govern the fee structure!
What Supreme court can do?
Any how, the time has come to regulate the fees and open Govt / Semi-Govt schools to justify. more

I think regulation should be restricted to - Fees to be set as per infrastructure and services being provided. - Capitation fees etc should be banned and both the school and the parents should be punished for being a part of this practice. - Parents should also be held responsible for the safety of their children and for flaunting rules and the law in order to get a seat for their children - Public schools should also be brought under this ambit more
I strongly believe that the Supreme Court can best finalise and befit the issue of Private Educational Skill , Facilities , Fee and even the cases filed ; filed and got Stay orders are to be referred with specific describe of issues of Education in India as also codified in the Constitutional provisions . more
