The path from platform to the main gate is such that one cannot drag a trolley. They will face stairs and steps. So one becomes dependent on porters. And these fellows block the exit and create a nuisance. more

While there are many educated youths are lottering for a job Railways still clings to its British era rules for granting licence to the porters.Why it cant be with the station Manager and Rpf/police at the station level. If they are empowered , there are lot of chances to earn a little money for the required persons.Railways should think. more
