Pollution by politicians and TV media now alarming

On the eve of Republic Day, I wonder what is in store for India's future.

Not a day passes without use of abusive language and motivated hate campaign by one political party or the other or one fringe group or the other.

With the T V media foolishly thinking that Indians only need to be told about the politicians , cinema actors and people with extreme views and their vituperative language, one does not hear anymore the voices of people with knowledge, wisdom and expertise.

Politicians comment on every issue , whether it relates to science, technology, culture, language , economics etc. with little knowledge on these fields. Further, they keep on issuing public statement everyday on any field and media just gives publicity without weighing the merits of the statements and without any understanding.

Most media are under the control of business men and politicians in India and people are fed only with negative views, ignoring the positive developments which are in plenty. They think that people need to know only such news as rape, molestation, corruption and violence.

The morale of the people in India is now getting weaker as the days go by, as they are continuously fed with bad news only. Sadly, while fraction of the youth population in the country indulge in violence or indiscipline, they only get publicity. Media is running around to cover the demonstrations and public protests, even if hardly fifty people would be involved.

While politicians are polluting the state, TV media is no less guilty.

Media is no longer a fifth pillar, each media group is either blind supporter of political mouth piece. One group for Khangress other for BJP. In between there is no one to fill in the gap of credibility. Social media is full of fake news & lots of virus & paid Bhakts of each political party. more
Failure of ethics and morals tenders Law. But, if the Law and the Order is also failed, Judiciary OR MILITARY to restore. more
None is preferring to approach the Supreme Court for reinstatement of Journalistic ethics and media misuse of 24 hours News Channels . more
Politicians should limit to administration matters & anyone speaking on any other subject should be punished by denial of parliamentary benefits. Politicians are a virus to the nation. Their spread is to be controlled. Only ONE person per family can stand in elections. Maximum TWO terms only to anyone. more
Media is standing supportive means of Politicians AND NOT THE PEOPLE/Nation. One must contest in S.C. on Media to review the role of Print and electronic Media including Television Entertainment/Social Media . more
