POCSO amendment now became law

Union Cabinet approves Amendment in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012. Amendment Bill provides for death Penalty provisions for Sexual Offences against Children and fines and Jail term to Curb Child Pornography more

If anyone is opposing the death penalty, or any judge in any court grants STAY or BAIL to the convicted person, then : that person or that judge MUST BE HANGED FIRST PUBLICALLY. Hang the convict later. more  
Laws of Security for the Nation, Laws of Safe and Secured Lifelead of Citizens SHALL NOT BE DILUTED since it not only poisonous to Country and Society BUT also against the Constitutional Objectives. more  
Inspections and Vigilance Reporting Department should be active to enable Public to reach them any time when they see any Child abuse ( like 108, 104 govt services for instance ) . Important to activate and act !! Better late than Never .. comes the Law - Good . Happy . more  
Bravo!. It may be a worthwhile deterrent. But its judicious implementation is what matters. more  
It also shall not be diluted like other most important Sections of IPC TO CURB INCREASING CRIMES. more
