please guide what to do as i have paid 20k to KNOWLARITY COMMUNICATIONS 2 months back
sir,
i have a ivr panel of knowlarity communications and was in need of sms n missed call panel. so i called knowlarity person named mohd salim whom i knew before because he gave me Ivr panel. salim guided me to her associate name durga, she n salim both asked me to submit the payment online immediately so that they can process and activate my account immediately. i did online payment but till today they failed to give services. i hv written to the ceo in linked in also, called both salim n durga but they dont pickup the call. its very sad we trust this company n pay online immediately so as to suffer now. please help me to recover my hard earned twenty thousand.

Three suggestions given are adequate. Keep all documentation (name of persons / date of communication / contact details / screen shots for online payments, etc.) ready and proceed ..... It would be a complete project for you.... Wish you good luck. more

The Company could be a scam so you should start the fraud case with an FIR at the nearest Police Station. Let me know if you want to proceed to legal system. more

there is a consumer court in vikas sadan and is a simple procedure to file a complaint writing the exact complaint,attach documents as payment mode any other communiques e mails etc,their exact adress,you have to make a online Rs.100.oo to make to consumer court online.After this you have to make 4 sets of complaint and file,if respondents are more then add 1 copies more. Ask for compensation of Rs.1 lack and refund of money with interest from date of payment plus all legal charges and logistic charges for the case from the respondents.Rest will follow and yo shall get your hard earned money back more
