Kudos from senior citizens on fuel ban abeyance

This morning I was talking to my chachaji in south delhi and he conveyed his deep gratitude to LocalCircles and its members on the action on getting Delhi fuel ban for older vehicles policy on hold. He shared this paper cutting attached with me and it does appear that the Government got nervous after our LC survey came out.https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/delhi-old-cars-ban-survey

Even the banks do not help in calling back the wrong payments made. But the banks quickly block credit n debit card and issue fresh one @ Rs.150.00 each. The account remains blocked for weeks. It is a punishment to lodge complaint with our banks. They also ask us to lodge FIR and forward copy of the same to bank further action. The banks should have mechanism to call back the wrongly made payment without block the account and related cards. more
I have double payment issue with Ola (one payment was made through Ola Money postpaid automatically and another payment through UPI directly to driver for the same ride). I am following up with them but still issue is not resolved. Ola app is useless in this case and they don't have any customer care number (at least not published, I have searched over internet) where I can call and explain the problem and provide evidences. more
Among all psu banks since ages sbi had state and govt finances holding hence they were never customer centric and do not care even when one goes to the bank for any service. They give crores of money to people for advertising their product This is where majority of psu banks suffer and private banks have seen this and are offering good services. more
I fully support the need for quick acting grievance Cell with Paytm which refunds the money when there is what is called a 'Mis Sale" more
Our three family members accounts were hacked in December 2024. We files report with Cybercrime and banks. We got all our money back. But we had to chase CEOs of Bank as the investigation officers and nodal officers were making false allegations and stories. We also demanded damages for false allegations but Ombudsman did not give us justice which one can conclude WHY. Our PM alone cannot fo much as people down the line are corrupt. We need to implement Japanese culture and make every head accountable. Ensure conviction rate of 98 percentage and punish all who make mistakes. So Mala you have to fight. We still have good sincere people and you need to tap them. more
