PhonePe cashback offers

I deposited UPPCL Electricity Bills Rs. 6314/- and Rs. 2612/- in October 2019 and July 2019 respectively under PhonePe casback scheme and both times received Rs. 5/- cash back . Normally I received Rs.5/- , Rs.6/- , Rs.10/- or Rs. 15/- cashbacks in other schemes . May I request Local Circles to ask Concerned authorities in Government to examine cash back scemes of PhonePe and Paytm etc. so that consumers are not been cheated. Thanks more

Good suggestions , particularly , the one giving choice of organisations to approach by Uday GB. I f some one takes uup such cases , head on, the litigents not only gets their money back , it will arrest once for all such malpractices that are being adopted by greedy business people. more

Cousumer Act.
Resaerve bank Act.
Civil Court
Criminal Court

SYMULTINOUSLY.

The Best is consumer FORUM wherein the transaction had taken place and you will get not only the " refund" but you will also be eglgibal for compensations.
