We need to develop a habit of registering complaints\ feedback at appropriate web site or Complaint register. Most of the companies do not have feed back or complaint provision at their web sites and No proper complaint book in their offices. Many think that feed back means complaint against their performance. It impacts the maintenance. Most of the maintenance teams are out sourced , they are not bothered about reputation of the company and any loyalty towards company. There fore once purchased they are not interested in us. Because there are sales reviews but no feedback review. more

Lift approval: If it is government coaching center, please find out the maintenance manager and write a typed letter and send by mail to his office. Trust me, wait and see what happens in two weeks. These don't know how to respond such letters. Govt officials get worried when they receive a written letter. They may ignore mails. more

If that is the case then why petrol and disesel prices are not reduced for last 1 year though the international price for petrol has come down by 33% in last year...now the culture in our country is that rich people/corporate can do any thing without any obstacle and poor people have to accept.Same is the case of flight fare,train tatkal tickets has been increased and cancellation charges are being charged abnormally that too ballatantly.Thease all are now new normal more

There are so many buildings having lifts and there it is more relevant now than earlier to have a standard and also to implement the same is a big task since the lift test engineers will always succumb to bribe and then since there is no accoutability for him he can go scott free if anything happens.Unless one does their work sincerely especially in govt who do not have any commitment and accountability hence they are not bothered.We have seen so many govt officials who have amassed so much corrupt money being investigated by ed/cbi/lokayuta but the process is so long and cumbersome so they also know about it and for the next 15/20 yrs they enjoy the same.There has to be strong and fast implementation rules against such people more

All lifts in public area are inspected by Govt officials and they check AMC records . If they dont find then bribe works more
