PF WIthdraw Queries
Hi Team
I have some queries regarding PF Withdrawal.
1)How can i withdraw my PF including Employee,Employer and Pension Contribution.
2)If my service is less than 5 years then, is there any tax i have to pay? If yes then how much tax i have to paid?
3)Where can i submit the forms? By post or i have to visit PF office to submit forms?
4)How can track my PF Withdrawal status

I do not know why you want to withdraw your PF just at 5 year service. You cant take pension as for that min 10 year service is required. If you have changed your employment, or gone overseas, probably you can withdraw your both PF and pension contribution but for that, the designated forms can be obtained form the HR department of the organization you have worked the duly filled form is again rooted through the employer only. However if you have changed the job in India only then you can transfer your PF to the new company and it is never advisable to withdraw. In that case, apply for UAN number by reggistering your self on EPFO site. Link your PF account with your account no. But wish you are successful in your attempts as I found this department most lethargic, corrupt and no responsibility and transparency. more

I was working in a company in longback in 1993 and my employer used to deduct PF(i i do hv copy of form 16) but now that company is closed . how i can find our my bal and how i can get my amount credited with PF authorities more
