PF transferred without my consent
Hi,
I worked for my first organization from December 2009 to March 2014 (4.3 years), that time, I had transferred my PF to new organization. Recently, I have switched from previous organization to current organization in October 2015. My previous organization was maintaining their own trust for PF. They have transferred the PF amount to my bank account without my consent. But, I wanted to transfer my PF to current organization. They have not deducted any tax on the amount.
So, I want to know:
1. Will I be liable to pay taxes as per Gov rules as I completed only 1.5 years in previous organization or not (I completed a total of 5.8 years combining first and previous org) ?
2. Previous organization has transferred the PF without my consent, what should I do now ? more

The epf at employers' end is a tedious issue and has got to be investigated by the authorities. I think the convenor of this Circle should develop a good design of complaint to the authorities and submit a joint petition signed by all the Circle members and outside. more

The employer supposed to deposit the PF amount (both emploer share and employee share together) following month. Have you got only your share as credit or you got both the share ? If the employer fails to do with EPF and have his own trust, then you may not get continuity .. In such case neighther you are eligible for Gratuity or pension...??? check with auditors or PF dept. more

again u may approach pf authority and deposit the same and continue ur old a/c as the r liabke to give u pension after 58 yrs and it will vary on no of years u r in the scheme. if they reject it u may consult legal adviser.u may contact me 9433275681 more
