After paying so much amount Dhbvn remains most pathetic government department like bsnl they only concentrate on bills payments

DHBVN is not responding to consumer's complaint because the consumer is not complaining. Pl. write to the following and demand a response to the issues - 1. Estate Officer II Gurgaon 11. Enforcement Officer , 12. Commissioner Of Police , 13. Commissioner Municipal Corporation , 14. Mahesh Dayma , 15. stp gurgaon , 16. dtp gurgaon , 17. dtpenf gurgaon , 18. "District Town Planner, Planning Gurgaon" , 19. dtpenf gurgaon , 20. Administrator huda Every child, women, senior citizen , colony and RWA should demand action for the EDC, IDC paid for these services and the service should be delivered to your home. more

No Dhbvn engineer visit to transform saying it's maintenance is builder responsibility builder already run away from its responsibility Dhbvn only collecting money now a days sending double bills. more

DHBVN knows how to charge the rates + a number of small, legal appendages but till today, in our near-to 20 years in Gurgaon has always provided a Bill every 2 months. It has been stated in a newspaper or two, they will plan to provide a Bill every month from upcoming October. (That is how it is elsewhere in the world, including in India....). It is a set-up that knows how to "grab the money" but takes no moral (at least that) responsibility to provide electricity w/o any long breaks. In a State which has extra energy, available to share & charge for the same. To say the least, it is inefficient and knows how to pass the buck to the other set-ups in their own system. Does Gurgaon provide DHBVN with profits that help them to cover the deficits elsewhere ? Is that not a fair query for them to provide an answer to the likes of some of us who share our views, thanks to the highly effective, hospitable and a very humane platform that LocalCircles has become in our country ...? They are robbing you of stage wise rates by giving bills once in 4 months and some times 3 months. without passing on proportionate increase in lower rate units. May be Innovation India programme to loot public money more
