My personal experience in this matter point wise. Nation needs a leader with a clean image as motivational force to work for nation. Offenders are free to move around in our system shakes belief in judiciary , brings in dissent .This feeling is being exploited by vested interest for personal gains. Cultural values are going down due to urbanisation and nuclear family, resulting in shamelessness act of young ones. No one on society tries to correct/guide /prevent them from wrong doings. Accountability of authorities are at nadir, seen by increase in corruption which is again reflected by easy availabilty of free flow cash. more

One must have a intellectual base for radicalistion which is a later process. Home,school, religious places,groups ,company these are the areas where discussions are generated and opinions are floated about a certain thoughts may be religious or political.Some are good readers ,and get knowledge by reading material which is strengthened by media like papers ,tv,CDs,preachings. If one does not have a mind which can see and balance differing thoughts ,one gets to follow other ideas if they are convincing such are more strongly radicLised and are sincere followers .The others who are good speakers ,have leadership qualities and who can brain wash people are the leaders of this group and easily lead the followers and are recruiters or mobilizers. After initiation this partly inclined,partly UN convinced partly confused ,if tech savvy get in to online search with hunger for more info and visit chat rooms ,sites which convince them about the extreme views .Another reason is friends ,parents ,gurus,mullahs ,Friday leaders continue to appreciate their efforts and even encourage or fund them to seek more similar contacts to improve on the radical thinking. Hate speeches ,blasphemy,propaganda books ,journals online offline and fake videos,photographs reinforce their beliefs and they become fully radicalized. They find financiers ,contacts,trainers and other elements with a motive to use these mis informed individuals to seek dangerous assignments and they are difficult to change. more
