ONLINE COMPLAINTS AT PRARTHNA ENTERPRISES (INDANE GAS)

One week ago, I received a refill (gas cylinder) from Prarthna Enterprises, Airforce Road, Dabua Colony Faridabad, which was leak and three times I have lodged ONLINE complaint on their number 9911554411, out of which, one reference no. provided is 3686600 dt. 21.04.2015. Till date, no body from this agency came to see whether we are alive or dead. This is the nonsense service of Indane Gas (Prarthna Enterprises).

Dear Mr. Ram Kumar, I got the following message from Indane: "Thanks for the information , we have informed the Distributor & will resolve the issue immeadeatly" Please update the status here about the time when your problem gets solved. Dear Mr. Ram Kumar, While I have forwarded your complaint to the concerned official for immediate attention, I advise you to use online system of Indane Gas that is quite effective as it is being handled by Indane directly. more
