online bill payment on UPPCL Website
Government try to encourage the digital payment of bills but UPPCL showing not interest yet in it. There are two companies taking money via online, Bill desk and Tech process. Tech process is an old agency working with UPPCL from long time but it may not working now, mostly it stop working in between and Bill desk is doing well but from last 4 months sometime it can not be able to generate receipt, even the money has deducted from the bank account, no messages received of bill paid, no email. But when we check in the online payment status in our UPPCL account, it shows the task completed. It creats confusion because I do not have any receipt of bill payment nor get any message. Officers must take it seriously and try to resolve the problems of customers more

The amount was paid on 10.12.2018 via Bill desk. I have not recd. any confirmation of the money recd. by UPPCL till date. more

This month I am facing the problem. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and the UPPCL site shows the amount as outstanding. more

I have paid online bill on 12.12.2018 but uppcl is showing still outstanding. I received message and also received receipt of the same. From September 2018 bills wrong bills of excess amount are coming. I have write to DM Ghaziabad and MD, UPPCL but no taking care. more

Same here ... I pay for my home as well as for my factory connection regularly for a long time now, no issue. more
