HIRA Sweets, VVIP Mall, Rajnagar Extesion

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to inform you that as per regular i have visited yesterday also HIRA Sweets, VVIP Mall, Rajnagar Extesion with my Family (Spouse & Son). We have ordered Paw Bhaji and Puri Sabji. We found a longhair on the puri while we had two out of four puri. We have informed waiter but no response, the whole hall including 1st floor was packed as we sit 1st floor , as we didn't got any response from waiter i thought it is better to speak with Manager, i came to downstairs and asked counter that i want to speak with Manager over here, than one person he has responded and told me tell me what happen, i told him that you should take care of how better hygenic food can be provided to people and explained whole story and thenafter he called waiter and asked him about my bill only and he has not given any response and simply asked for money after 2 mins (During bill generation). I am so surprised to see that very unhygenic food they are providing to people and after complaint also they are not giving any attension and don't have any cursy to say that "SORRY", it will not happen in future and will take care of it. While he asked me money i raised voice that you don't have any cursy to say atleast SORRY and i asked his name he with his arrogant saying i am Mr. Gupta. He doesn't bother even this type of unhygenic food and while i told him that i took photograph of this food and will complain the same also he don't bother.
So all of our circles are requested please avoid such type of food provider like "HIRA SWEETS, VVIP Mall, Rajnagar Extension"
