We used to give kids Gummy Bear type supplements in the US. Is there a counter part one a day supplement available in India that cover most vitamins and calcium? more

I do this, adding vegetables in maggi/stuffed pranthas, but kids are very smart, they just pick what they like and keep rest aside :) will try above tips, surely. more
Renuka you can try hiding or changing the way you give the vegetables. For example giving your son soups which are blenderized after boiling but not starined, you can add vegetables into their favourite pasta/ maggi, or simply making him a frankie, etc. If nothing works then you can try the supplement from NUTRILITE they have "Concentrated fruits and vegetables" supplements specially for fussy eaters in the form of tablets. more
Ok, My son doesn't eat any vegetable except cheese, so was thinking about gummy bear. Will definitely try. Thanks Alka. more
How do I explain. Its like semi soft jello. It is supposed to have a whole bunch of vitamins. I just found out this weekend that they are available in Khan Market/INA Market. The price is double though. more
