On-Line Payment to DHBVN

It seems there are some changes by DHBVN for payment of bills online. The website http://epayment.dhbvn.org.in/b2cpaybill.aspx says "Your Account is migrated to RAPDRP System, Kindly Logon to RAPDRP Website".
When moved to new website it does not accept existing format of account number. When tried to contact call center, it goes always busy.
Does anybody have any idea on how to pay Electricity bills online with new format. more

Hi Vipin, True! but all we need is new account number because old account number is not working anymore. However based on Ranjit Mishra's (one of reader's) suggestion, I wrote to portalsupportdh@dhbvn.org.in with details and I got new account number without hard-copy of bill. Also an apology for inconvenience caused. So many thanks to reader's who have faith and kept +ve energy alive in many ways and suggestion to critics for not to curse every time Govt or ruling party or CM or PM for any changes and improvements in progress. more

Many thanks to readers who had replied to my query. based on feedback and my research it seems my Account is somewhere between OLD account and new account. Because in either case website does not respond. Hence I have to wait for hard copy of bill however my due date will be 25 Sep,2015. Many thanks to all. more

It is simple with K number and New Account number. with Old account number it doesn't work. more
