Very True. It is difficult to find as to how to cancel ticket. Also logout is difficult. more

i do not use it much but whenever have used have not had any issue so i cannot really complain but i think seeing whole of india is using it cannot be that bad of course there must be some improvements which can be done . more

Are you saying that people who are using the IRCTC website and finding difficulty and encountering problems whilst booking tickets and who are viewing their opinions have lack of knowledge in using the website? If so, can you highlight and give solutions to the problems encountered by the above gentlemen who had expressed their opinions. more

It has happend twice in last six moths. I booked tickets for Mrs and myself from Mumbai to Howrah by Durant 2AC. Sr. Citizen asking for Lower berths, earlier we got One berth no 49 in A1 and another no 49 in A2. Recently when booked with a lot of availability we got no 49 in A2 qnd another no 49 in A3. While travelling on 8-9th January 2019 we found more than half the bogies were vacant. A few Lower berths were vacant in the evening but not two together. However we got them together from Nagpur, very early morning. The cancellation was easier earlier, some how they have prefer to make it a little difficult recently. Everybody (Seniors) may not be savy with every systems. more

Yes, IRCTC website is not user friendly and very much confusing due to lots of advertisement and settings. more
