Not learning from Mistakes

I am now convinced that the Central Govt and the PM dont' seem to learn from mistakes.

The PM has invited Kaif, Manoj Tiwari and other celebrities he had nominated last year to discuss Swachh Bharat.

He really should have invited municiapl commissioners, councillors, street cleaners, citizens,
etc to understand why Swachh Bharat ain't working.

Modi way or the high way but not the common man way.
