Noise Pollution

I want to ask that here is gurudwara near my residence and they do worships on a high volume of loudspeakers, even if they don't do worship then also they play recordings on high volume. Many people told directly to them to slow down the voice as there are small children also who will get disturbed at the time of studying but no body will hear. And if i will say directly then i know they will tell me that u r not believing in god or u r not Punjabi etc... dat's why u don't like to hear this guru worship. All i say this because already i heard this nonsense from them....even many neighbours are frustrated by this noise pollution and raise the voice against this. i thought so many times to complain against this in police station but if they will come and no one will say that they also have problem then how can i prove it that there is so much noise pollution now. Earlier, there was not such problem as i am residing here since last 20-21 years but now since few months ago they started like this, it is just like a torture now.
Request you to pls help me by giving some suggestion that what can i do, by which they will also not hurt and we people also get relaxed from noise pollution. more

Payal, this is a problem u can't solve alone we need to unite and involve the local councillors and the MLA and they have to talk to the prabandhak committee of Gurdwara. more
thanx to all for. I'll try to talk with them again. hope they will understand more
Apparently there are two solutions- 1. Have a conversation with the elected officials of Gurudwara and tell them your difficulties. I believe they will be helpful. 2.If they show their reluctance, then refer the matter to Haryana Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee under endorsement to D.C. and Police Commissioner of Faridabad. more
If no body listens then then law is there.. There are certain sections in Indian Penal code which can help..Initially make a group of people and meet some higher authority of Gurudwara.. then if nothing happens knock the court.. more
There is a saying that our rights ends where the nose of others start , I feel this is one thing that every one follow in his life . We request our holy preachers to instruct there followers to not to use loud speakers either in temple , Gurudwara , Girja Ghar, or Masjids more
