No changes in online claim status

After 17 days of my online claim submission through EPFO online portal, status of my claim is still showing Online Claim Submitted at Portal and surprisingly the EPFO Field office unable to see my claim form. more

If you do not have the updated online PF statement, then you have more problem.There is still one rider....your employer has to approve the claim which means they should clear your dues to EPFO.....this is a privilege given to them and your claim will be rejected with some silly reason....else it will take normally two months to get the fund...good luck On Thu, 10 Oct 2019 08:36:18 +0530 Sunil Kumar Ganguly wrote > more

Dear Tapas ji....i had applied for Withdrawal on 2nd August 2019 and it is almost 2 months and still claim is unsettled. The Status is showing as "Under Process" i have been calling up PF Office Bandra and have been sending continuous mails. But am not getting any response out of it. i had raised even Grievance in Portal and still no response. Am in Dark completely. if you can give me some good instance for the same. more

See if raising an online complaint helps. They are usually very responsive in case of any online query raised.. more
