New ruling on what investment platforms/brokers are permitted
These days investment platforms and brokers are offering investments in cryptocurrency, unlisted private companies, US stocks, digital gold and what not.
SEBI has barred them from doing so earlier this week. This circle should call out all such platforms and get them delisted before many innocent retail investors/consumers lose their savings. Attached SEBI notice more

Is it not the area of SEBI and isn't SEBI competent enough to look after the interests of the investors? Why the Local Circle is expected to look after and interfere in each and every issue ? more

Unsolicited messages and inclusion in WhatsApp groups is happening very often, many claiming official status as registered British "Ltd." concerns, etc. Simple question to the Members, and Local Circle Manager - is there a way an individual can pass on the details of such groups to an authority or Cyber Crime Cell to purge this mode of perpetuating the online moneymaking concerns from indulging in this so rampantly? more
