Need to address Hygiene and Technical issues

Recently my mother a sr. citizen traveled from Patna to Pune in AC 3Tier bogie and experience very tough time. She is diabetic and her all eatables were spoiled by cockroaches. Bogie was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Railway says there is regular pest control in the bogies then how come we face such situation in day to day travel. We are talking so highly about Swatch Bharat but seems it is more with speech and posters though citizens are participating with Swatch Bharat Cess wherever applicable. I personally agree that it is not only the responsibility of railway to maintain hygiene but definitely railway need to address these issues as passenger has no choice except to accept it.

Another issue is strong vibration in bogie due to that she vomited twice. Seems suspension system of the bogie were giving tough time specially to Sr. citizen or patient traveling. I did talked to one of the on- duty employ in train and he told me that railway officials are not bothered specially for this train. When any accident happen most of the time railway do not take the responsibility on technical reason at the same time when the bogies are getting connected possibly miss the standard or regular test procedure.

Requesting railway to please address such issues more

Though ON RECORD they would have done Pest Control, but in actual the Money would have gone to different pocket. There is no one to have Real Check or Inspection done,. I have also witnessed the Rodent and Cockroach found in all coaches including AC coaches. In Rajdhani Express my SOFT bag was cut by RATS. more  
There is guideline to have antitermite treatment at regular interval. But there is no supervision. more  
It seems Privatisation and Competition is the only way out for all the problems and losses in Railways for which we all are forced to get hike in rents, with less facility and deficiency of all types of services. It also effects the growth and modernisation of Railways. Thanks to Modi Ji he has initiated the privatisation of meter gauge and narrow gauge routes. Till all routes are privatised we will have to bear all this nonsense. Only then Railways will improve like Telecom Services. more  
The unfortunate part in our country is that all Governments have just imposed taxes without delivering even 10% of what we should be getting back as facilities as they are not answerable to anybody. If we do not pay our taxes, our income becomes 'black" but what happens when the government does not deliver? more  
Our experience in 12289/12290 Mumbai-Nagpur-Mumbai Duronto exp trains is no different and proper attention is not being paid to passenger hygiene despite more charges (cleanliness should be irrespective of that!) for these trains more
