Need some Professional to share my office premises and its rent also
I have taken an office on rent in DLF phase 2. It is first floor in a 500 sq yards villa in J block. Initial understanding was that a CA will share the premises with me but he did not. I feel this office is too big for me as we have a team of 4 persons only.
I am looking for a Professional (with a small team of 2-3 persons only) who can share this premises with me. we have 3 rooms and two halls and one kitchen. i am using one room and a small part of the hall only.
The place is good and I want to continue here but utilisation is very less. I might shift to a smaller place as a last resort finally. However this is an effort to continue here only.
