3.Mother/Wifes Name
4. Permanent Address
5. National Symbol
6. Card Number ( consists of National Code,State/Territory Code, District Code,Village Code/Tahsil Code and the number)
e.g. 91/o1/001/0001/xxxxxxxx0001
7. The bar code stating information as per No 6.
8. The Issuing Authority Signature with Designation Seal.
9. Photo of the bearer.
To be Used for
1. Any cash Transaction above Rs 300/_
2. School/College Admission/Bank transaction/Service Record
NOTE :- The size of the Card to be of ATM Card size
This will be Easy for Income Tax,Human Record,National Record and so on.... more

Sir, I do agree with you the Ration cardand The Aadhar card has a very poor Identity and has been mis guided and mis use. So only one card i.e.India Card needs to be intriduced. more
