National code for living in society flats
Please see attached. A child while playing died because someone decided to keep a pot in their balcony which fell on the head of the poor child.
Can we please draw out norms for living in socieities. Be it banned dogs without a leash or pots and objects that can fall and cause disability/injury should amount to homicide. more

Self discipline is most important in the Society. We lack this type of education. This must be introduced. more

While the incident is unfortunate, this is an issue of civic/common sense. Every small item cannot be codified. Even if codified, what is the guaranatee that people will know it and follow it? People have to act responsibly and sensibly in anything they do. In a housing society, people should take care to ensure that they dont do anything that inconveniences or harms others. more

Should be kept with proper barricading & no chance of falling even if a small leaf or piece of paper from upper floor to lower floor. A small pin can sustain injury. Secondly the society should have proper & stringent guideline to follow by the dwellers. The society must have proper open space for children to play. more
