My experience with the Swachh Bharat mobile app

I downloaded the Swachh Bharat mobile app of Govt and then added a complaint. After couple of hours, the status was changed to "In Progress" (or something similar) & then after few hours the status changed to "Closed".

The best part is, nothing visible happened at the location complained for & the complaint was closed. I went ahead & re-opened the complaint and the same status change cycle was repeated.

Is this app really working or is just a made for name sake?

Many complaint site work automatically. I have experienced the same in BSNL. If a complaint is booked, a message will come and after some days another messages will say that the complaint is resolved and immediately another number comes stating another complaint number. All these things are only hoodwink the public and showing disposal of the complaint, under various period breakup. more
