Hello! Dhananjay Aglawe, In addition to my A, B , C , D, E & F requirements that makeup the wouldbe CM of the UP State in my below comment , please note the G-Factor should also be present in the mindset of a wouldbe candidate for the post of UP Chief Minister . Thus explains , The G-Factor :--- " Hawthrone Effect VS " Throne Effect " With end of the Mahabharat War , rule by Kings and biological relationships was indeed fossilised . But there might be still such fossil politicians here and there with a mindset called the " Throne Effect " to elect to the CM post . You have to not select such candidature ! Now comes into key focus the " Hawthrone Effect " against the " Throne Effect " which means that the modern India or the " Navnirman Bharat " is founded on purely most modern Industry & Technology for every thing needed by Indians . Shortages are rectified by incremental productivity paying attention to maintenance of industrial psychology all along the span of natural seasons throughout the Country that performance cannot be improved without works and people should be present at works in strength . This is called the " HAWTHRONE EFFECT " eliminating the " THRONE EFFECT " . more
Hello! Dhananjay Aglawe, I have something to mention to you on the appointment of Chief Minister . A. Leadership Style :-- Democratic management style is not suitable to an authoritarian personality trait candidate . B. Not to mixup own values / personality under different organizational circumstances with knowledge of theory / skills . C. Leadership Quality :-- Must be good in negotiations . Not timid to criticisms. Logic with arguments exemplary . Socially responsible with parameters of known social justices . D. Leadership Performance :-- Acts & Actions & Aims should influence others . E. Leadership Function :--- Competency , Respectability and Effetiveness F . Leadership :-- Officially responsible for running the UP State . more
