Most courier companies even reputed ones like Bluedart DTDC BLAZE FLASH are all same with poor services and frequent delays without any care and complaints are a complete waste of time and money as there is no system or regulatory authority in place for automatic compensatory fines. Frequently the local grocer stationers fast food joints double up as couriers and they are completely unanswerable to the customer and go on referring to these courier personnel and beat about the bush in case of delay and non delivery. more

Sir you are absolutely correct .I personally faceing this problems many times .Nobody not to take any action.Basically mony & time wasetage.The r running only for their previous goodwill. more

Yes we have to choose between least poor services instead of a choice between the best services although accountability is nil. more

now old days are gone slowly you will find a drastic shake up still at least in Post office some accountability exists compare to Private services where you can not do any thing. Hence my best bet goes to Post office. more

You are quite right and we can use the speed post but besides the problem pointed out by you the fact remains that even here there are no benchmark or fines for late delivery or lost misplaced couriered articles. more
