Mosquito Repellents

What is working. Other than the Tortoise coil, nothing seems to be working for us and the tortoise coil is supposedly very bad for kids . Any other repellents if they are working for you, do share. more

i agree with it not being natural. the side effects are usually low. the best technique remains the mosquito net. more

Dr. Mittal, the mosquitos seem to have gotten odomos resistant!! Besides, I've always wondered about its side effects as I don't think it's truly all natural. more

Bathing with neem water has helped immensely the last 2 yrs, since I started that. In order 1. Ensuring that all doors and windows has mosquito net and closed all the time (specially after sun set) to avoid entry of mosquito in house 2. Use Mosquito swatter (electric racket) to kill, they love to hide behind curtain and in dark places 3. Use Goodnight (active) repellent (try to avoid if possible) 4. Use HIT spray for entire house once a week when going out at least for 2 hours. I found it too harmful therefore use only when we leave the house for at least 2 hours more
