More Railway Train.
It's Happy to See now A lengthy Train consists 13 or More with Single Engine. After 2016 many Trains Add More than Half coaches exiting.
I also Appreciate the Amminities upgraded.
I also Appreciate the Renovation of Station.
Now Food Standard getting Better.
Two Things i Propose:
1. The Cancel fee being reduced to Normal.. now It's Abnormal.
My Proposal: 5% of Original ticket Value and Reservations charges only.
2. The Cleaning of Toilet still to Improve. Water flowing and Standing after usage. Just usage of Cleaning liquid, with clear the Water.. Standing. more

1) It's most important that all the Toilet flush system should be modernised, so that water inflow & outflow will be improved for better services to the passengers. 2) Cancellation fee should be reduced, as it's automatically booked through the system for next WL passengers. 3) One more regular S.F. No Cancellation Fee is O.K. , Not to reduce. If Honest Passengers are travelling, No need for Cancellation. If Reduced the touts will enter & Honest Travelers will not get any Confirm tickets. Another If Peoples want all facilities & Luxuries they have to Pay & some part of the Fund will come from such types of Non traditional Activities. Regarding the Cleaning., Hindian are very Undisciplined Peoples in the world & few are having Igo while travelling in AC Class. The AC classes are more dirty than Sleepers. They don't leave their seat to Put Garbage into Dustbin. They will Keep Under the Seat. The Shoes , Chappals will never kept properly under the seat. They think that Coach attendant will preform these duties. I suggest Rly. To Put fine for Making Seat & surrounding Dirty Min. Rs. 500 /00 for First time, Rs. 1500 /00 Second time + 7 days Rly .jail for Cleaning the Station , coach toilets , walls etc. Gutkha , Pan Masala eater should be also punish Similarly but more harsher. No Exemption for any sex, Gender , age , standards etc. Highly educated offender should be punish more. I think the train Management should be given to Private & Remove all TTE . It will save the Cost , Burden of Pension as TTE seen hardly in Coaches. No Control Over Passengers. In Short the whole System should be revamped. It require Strong Leader, Not Highly educated Person who do not have capacity to rule the Officers & Dept. Only Presentation on Screen For upcoming Project is Not Criteria to become minister. Sorry to say , Vande Bharat train is Lower class than Europe star / D Bahn Regional ( Local train). But Considering Public Standard here it is O.K. Need Lot of Improvement & Strictness & Control , Revamping of Rly Old Laws & Dissolution of Rly. Board. Don't Understand / Kow their Duties. May Be lot of On Page but In Practice is is Zero. more

Toilet cleanliness is also the responsibility of the users. We should also focus on educating civic sense, including the educated lot. more

Cancellation fee was jacked up to discourage booking all tickets by agents and then cancel the left over at nominal charges. Yes, cleanliness of coaches n toilets needs improvement more

I have cancelled my UP and Down Train reservations from MGR Central Station to VNS and from MUV to MS. I got refund messages from IRCTC dt 29.3.2026 about refund. Till today refunds not yet credited in my SB Account. After checking from my SB Pass book no refunds credited updated from Bank. Who will support my request being Sr. Citizen more
