Discrimination by Religion, caste , Race , Sect and Gender or Status of any form is a Crime Constitutionally . But, the Poorest of the Poor also set by the Governments under Discrimination even though the Supreme Court itself concluded , confined , directed and then then Government also appointed Justice Ram Nandan Committee which tabled its Report on Economic Creamy Layer in March 1993 itself . BUT , THE CONGRESS PARTY WITH ITS BASIC PRINCIPLE OF CARRYING CONVERSIONS & CORRUPTIONS CONFINED ONLY ONLY TO THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL WAY OF CARRYING THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION APPLYING FORCE AND PRACTICE EVEN IN ANY INCLUDING THE JUSTICE IN INDIA. This gross mistake must be corrected opting and carrying Equality and Equal application of provisions based on the Genuine Poverty irrespective of Religion , Caste , Race , Sect and Gender or , Status of any Form please . more
