Modi asks Ministers to create buzz on Swachh Bharat 1 year

I feel this is ignorance on part of the Prime Minister to again do the same drill as last year and ask his Ministers to create Buzz on Swachh Bharat. Instead he needs to get them to go 4 levels down as suggested and initiate real exercise in these cities not led by Ministers but municipality heads. You need the mathura municipality head leading swachh bharat mathura not a Hema Malini who will come from Mumbai in BMW do a photo op and go back till next year. Aren't you learning lessons Modi ji.
