Gurgaon is the most chaotic place to drive any vehicle. I am a strict follower of rules and regulations and I find it shocking that even the most educated people driving huge foreign cars dont follow traffic rules. People come in all directions and if we are not vigilant, we will have accidents every two minutes. Dont forget the jay walkers who either run across the road or just stand in the middle of the road waving their hands for all traffic to a standstill just coz they are crossing the road. I can never digest the junction at HUDA metro station. The hordes of people crossing the roads inspite of green signal, the traffic gets totally clogged. I find it amazing that people have no fear of death or injury, maybe because Fortis Hospital is situated right at that place..lol..I suggest there should be volunteers at this signal to stop people from crossing when green signals are on and help them cross the roads safely. I think its high time we bring some order to the roads. I have been living in Gurgaon for past five years and now I find an explosion of vehicles on the roads and it takes hours for a person to reach home in the evenings. more

I like the attitude of Sh.Arun Joshi... It is us the citizens who should come forward and join together to assist the local administration by extending all cooperation in creating awareness and counselling, if need be. I never denied the facts written by Shri Sivarao... except blaming the Police. It is us who commits violations and it time now for us to come forward and abide the traffic rules, correct our mistakes and be a responsible citizen. Togetherness will bring the desired results in the long run. more

I am 65, and about two years ago, I had written to DCP - Traffic Police offering my voluntary service to manage traffic at junction near my home. In fact senior citizens who have the time and the will to participate may be allowed to join hands and do their bit to streamline the traffic of Gurgaon more

For families having administration and political influences , it should be followed more stricter... anyway all these rules are in effective for general public as always.. more
