Laws around Security Guard Shifts

Can some one brief me on how long can security guards be made to work per labour laws in India. Can they be made to work 12 hour shifts without overtime? more

That is not an issue.Salary of three is devided among the two performing the duties.Problems lie elsewhere.. more

Subject to verification, Security agencies charge the clients for three persons and put only two persons on duty to rotate them every 12 hours. one person salary is ? more
