The Railways has gone much ahead in the Signal system by modernizing. Yet this keeps happening.
Isn't Railways a full Fledged Ministry ?
Commercially it has excelled well and made it viable. Brought in several new wave and Utility trains. Welcome. Railways need a good name across countries.
Kindly keep in mind that our lives are more valuable. We shouldn't treat our subjects like other other countries do. more

We are increasing the Speed of Trains. "SPEED THRILLS BUT KILLS". We find both People and Animals, ( Both Domestic as well as Forest) are crossing the Rails. Another is Anti National Elements Damage our Tracks and Signaling System. These are the main reason of Rail Accidents. Human error is another reason for accidents. more

Did the responsible authorities find out the cause of this derailment? I saw comments such as intentional mischief, irresponsible IR, etc. Could the age of the rail-line also have contributed to this? I agree whatever the cause IR is responsible. more

People who commented here by suspecting antisocial element involvement in railway accidents are seems to be ignorant of Railways responsibilities and negligencies caused due to contract works every where in maintenance of tracks and signalling system.This is our governments failure only and it can not be avoided by putting the suspected baseless allegations on anyone. By this logic,if tommorow some enemy country army occupies our territory and we people keeps on saying that due to some millitary persons we failed into the hand of enemy. And govt. keeps on enjoying the only power but not responsibilities. Because officers and high post people does not work by there hand and its always easy to blame on ground people and keep on enjoying only ammenities and power. Very illogical thinking by our educated citizens!! more

Since an year rail accidents, derailments are increasing. As an individual, doubts are many viz: anti national elements with external force, trying to create unrest and commision in the country. Other aspect is inadequate patroling on tracks. Improper frisking of train passangers and trespassers on platform and tracks. Net result is life of innocents. Illegal vendors/ ticketless travellers to be fully stopped, by imposing high penalty. more

Sudden removal of fish plates and placing of explosives by anti social/national elements can cause mishaps. IR should install high powered sensors to detect such mischiefs. As our network is very long, paucity of funds will remain a bottleneck. Due to huge population in India and China, subjects carry less value. more
